1. About us
This website (joyfullydifferent.co) is run by Alice Reeves, trading as Joyfully Different, a sole trader based in the UK. You can contact us at alice@joyfullydifferent.co.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using this website
You're welcome to browse, read and share links to this website for personal and business use.
Please don't:
use the site in any way that's unlawful or harmful
try to access, interfere with or damage the site, its hosting or any connected systems
copy or scrape content in bulk, or use it to train AI tools, without our written permission
send spam, or anything misleading or offensive, through our contact forms
We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
3. Our content is not professional advice
The content on this website, including blog posts, resources and free downloads, is for general information and inspiration. It isn't legal, financial, tax, medical or mental health advice, and it isn't tailored to your circumstances. Please get advice from a suitably qualified professional before making decisions based on it.
Any examples of client results are individual experiences. They aren't a guarantee of what you will achieve.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, workshop materials and downloads, belongs to Alice Reeves or is used with permission. The Joyfully Different name and logo are ours.
You may download or print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share short extracts as long as you credit Joyfully Different and link back to the original. You may not reproduce, sell, adapt or redistribute our content (including materials from workshops or the former Joyfully Different community) without our written permission.
5. Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites, tools or resources we think you'll find useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse everything on that site. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Workshops, events and online programmes
When you book a workshop, event or programme, the details on its booking page (date, time, format, price and what's included) form part of your agreement with us. Bookings are taken through Eventbrite, and your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
If you can't attend: Tell us at least 7 days before and we'll give you a full refund or move you to another date. After that, you can transfer your place to someone else or to another upcoming workshop, but we can't offer a refund.
If we need to cancel or reschedule: we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a place on the new date or a full refund.
Accessibility: please tell us about any access needs when you book, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Behaviour: our sessions are welcoming, inclusive spaces. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful or disruptive, without a refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1:1 coaching and consultancy work is covered by a separate agreement, which we'll share with you before we start working together.

We take care to make sure this website and its content are accurate and useful, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that results from using this website or relying on its content, including loss of business, profits or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under English law.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data, including the cookies this website uses.
