Welcome to the unconventional business membership for any business owners, freelancers or side-hustlers who've ever felt like they don't quite belong in the ‘traditional’ business world.
We're a neurodiverse community – neurodivergent-inclusive by design, neuro-affirming in everything we do, led by neurodivergent business owners – and we’re open to anyone who resonates with the experience of doing business differently.
We’re a space for you to get support, access new insights and perspectives, gain knowledge, grow your confidence, develop your skills and find community – in whatever way works for you, no matter what stage of business you’re at.

Community
Access our private online community where you can connect with fellow business owners from around the world – share wins, ask questions, get unstuck, and feel supported by people who get it.
Our Community Team – a diverse group brilliant business owners with expertise across business support, marketing, systems, coaching and more – are always on hand to support you.
Events
We have online events every week including general and themed virtual co-working, live business support sessions hosted by experts in our Community Team, unmasked sessions where we shed the ‘shoulds’ and reconnect with ourselves, and regular workshops to build your business knowledge, skills and mindset.
There’s never any pressure to participate beyond listening, and cameras-off is always fine.

Instant access to our ‘Netflix of business’ – a library of past workshops, mini courses and Q&A recordings on a whole host of business related topics, from marketing and sales to legal and finance – always presented in an accessible, inclusive way.
A resource library with new how-tos, checklists and guides – added to and updated regularly based on our member requests.

We’re here to help you grow your business and get in front of your clients! As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to feature on our social media and in our member directory (coming soon).

What makes our events different?
As a member of our community, you can join ALL our online events at no extra cost.
You don't ever have to have your camera on. There's no pressure to participate beyond listening. It's completely fine to rock up late and leave early. And there are absolutely no guilt trips if you miss something – every workshop is recorded and added to the library to watch in your own time.
Virtual Co-Working Sessions
We meet twice a week on Zoom to co-work to keep each other company and support each other to tackle tasks we've been putting off.
Working alongside someone and ‘body doubling’ – even virtually – can be great for boosting motivation and tackling procrastination.
Weekly Group Support Calls
Our regular business support calls and unmasked sessions are hosted weekly by our Community Team.
These are confidential spaces which aren’t recorded, for you to bring blockers, share challenges, ask questions, vent to people who get it, or get feedback to help you move forward feeling more supported and confident.
Workshops and Q&A Sessions
We deliver twice-monthly workshops or Q&A sessions on specific business topics.
These are member-led, so tell us what you want to learn or find out more about, and we’ll make it happen.
Plus, you get access to ALL recordings of past and future workshops and power hours.
Choose your membership
All our membership options get you exactly the same access and benefits – the only difference is the price.
While we know £30 per month is exceptional value for everything we offer, we also understand it can feel like a lot for some people – especially those who can only work limited hours, or who are struggling in the current economic climate. That’s why we offer half-price membership for those with low incomes. Because we don’t believe that price should be a barrier to anyone accessing the support they need.
That’s also why we’ve introduced a pay-it-forward membership for more established businesses – if you can afford to pay a little more, you now have the opportunity to subsidise a member who’s paying a little less.
Standard Membership: £30

Low Cost Membership: £15
Full access to everything – community, events, resources and workshop library – for 50% off. Because we never want cost to be a barrier.
Pay-It-Forward Membership: £45
