Our Event Accessibility Kit

Fidget toy library and Joyfully Different colour-coded networking lanyards

Many neurodivergent people find business conferences and networking events anxiety-inducing, draining, overwhelming, or all of the above.

But when you’re building a business or career, attending networking and industry events is so important for getting your name out there and finding your community.

We don’t want anyone to be excluded from this – so we created our event accessibility kit, which we can bring to your event.

Our kit includes:

  • Colour-coded lanyard system for communication preferences/social battery indication

  • Fidget toy library for people borrow during the event

  • Quiet/chill room kit so people have a lovely space with things to occupy them if the main event gets overwhelming at any point

  • One of our team members to provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet as people arrive, explaining how everything works!

Need more bespoke event support?
