1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

To become member of the Joyfully Different business community, you must accept these terms and conditions. 

2. Membership Eligibility

Any neurodivergent business owner, entrepreneur, professional or aspiring founder is welcome in our community. We believe self-diagnosis is completely valid, which means there is no need to have an official diagnosis to “prove” your neurodivergence.  

3. Membership Levels

Currently, we offer one membership level which grants all community members the same benefits, but we may introduce different tiers of membership in future.

4. Payment and Billing

Our community membership fee is £30 per month which can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually. We don’t offer discounts for paying quarterly or annually, as we do not want to discriminate against anyone who cannot pay upfront. 

5. Membership Benefits

Paying community members get free access to all our online events and access to live business support via a private community which is hosted on Heartbeat. As we grow, we expect to introduce more member perks such as exclusive discounts and regional in-person meet ups. 

6. Community Guidelines

Our guidelines for community member conduct are outlined in our community manifesto which is shared with all members upon sign up.

7. Content Usage and Ownership

Any content or resources we share within the membership community are owned by Joyfully Different Limited and you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works, or in any other way exploit any part of copyrighted material without the prior written permission from Joyfully Different Limited.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Joyfully Different Limited is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process and providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We will not share personal data with third parties without the explicit consent of the relevant individual unless legally required to do so. 9. Termination of Membership

Joyfully Different reserves the right to terminate an individual’s membership at any time due to violations of community guidelines or any actions which compromise the physical or psychological safety of other members.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Membership can be cancelled at any time before your next billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually). We will offer a 14-day ‘grace period’ after any automatic renewal, during which time members can cancel and receive a full refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, icons, and images are proprietary to Joyfully Different Limited.  Members’ use of the trademarks, logos, icons, and images displayed on resources and materials or any other content shared within the membership community is strictly prohibited unless with written permission.

12. Liability and Disclaimers

Content shared within the Joyfully Different community such as text, graphics, images, information, and references are for informational purposes only. 

Any resources shared within the Joyfully Different community or at events is not intended to replace professional medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis, Seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions about mental health or medical conditions. 13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Joyfully Different reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will provide notice to members regarding any changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Joyfully Different Limited and community members, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
